An integrative artistic research approach where I apply data science and artistic techniques to decode the subtle, encoded information within the artistic process.

I develop each painting intuitively and holistically as a form of emotional expression that is later analysed to extract its encoded analytical content. In parallel, I apply data science techniques to the analytical and behavioural data collected during the artistic process, revealing the emotional content.

Finally, I model the relationships between emotional and analytical contents, uncovering insights that are not visually or behaviourally apparent.
